An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Education Programmes to lead the Programmes team at a highly respected organization specializing in educational initiatives and programmes across various industries and sectors. Known for delivering award-winning, evidence-based programmes for young people in areas such as STEM, Health & Nutrition, or Financial Literacy that have a significant societal impact, this company is looking for a leader to help build on the success of their impactful educational programmes.This role offers hybrid working 2 days in Dublin City, 3 days from home.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison & Relationship Management

Serve as a senior representative in key client meetings, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness to evolving client needs. Proactively troubleshoot challenges, anticipate client requirements, and foster long-term partnerships. Clients may be government departments, corporate or not for profit organisations. * Strategic & Senior LeadershipWork closely with senior management to shape the overall strategy, drive innovation, and respond to new opportunities. Oversee strategic planning and risk mitigation to ensure the continuous growth and long-term success of projects. * Team Leadership & Project DeliveryLead and mentor a team of 7-14 Project Managers, providing structure and clear expectations to ensure smooth project execution. Manage resource allocation, timelines, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality delivery. * Operational & Financial ControlOversee project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and cost-effectiveness. Manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and child protection requirements.Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with clients and/or stakeholders
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, driven, and passionate about making a positive impact
  • Exceptional standards and the ability to motivate a team to achieve them
