As the Head of Professional Services you will be responsible for:

• Leadership: Mentor and assess the current team, implementing development strategies to uplift practice standards.
• Strategic Improvements: Deliver right-fit solutions, including playbooks, tooling, and capacity planning, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Client Delivery: Ensure high-quality project outcomes, aligning services with client needs and organizational goals.
• Team Optimization: Evaluate team structure and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Operational Excellence: Implement best practices for service delivery and project management to enhance overall operations.

About You:

• Proven experience leading professional services or consulting teams in fast-paced environments.
