Our Human Resources Department is seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Relations and Workforce Risk specialist to lead the development and management of Fitch Group’s people policy framework and associated programs, aligning these to the company’s strategic goals while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.What We Offer:

We’ll Count on You To:
- Oversee the HR policy framework, designing and maintaining individual polices and related procedures.
- Ensuring the HR function is compliant against parameters enforced by internal and external parties, namely (but not exclusively) Fitch’s Legal, Risk and Compliance functions as well as global and local regulation.
- Facilitate knowledge-building and training sessions for HR colleagues and Line Managers on people policy and employee relations topics.
- Provide oversight and governance of Fitch Group’s Mandatory Training program.
- Establish and oversee governance of Employee Relations case management and provide reporting and analysis for HR, Legal and Business Leadership.
- Act as Employee Data Privacy Coordinator, overseeing the HR ROPA, providing advice within HR as needed and acting as point of contact for Fitch Group’s Data Privacy Office.
- Point of coordination within HR for Ethics Hotline Complaints and Regulatory Violations involving HR, and subsequent case monitoring.
- Point of coordination within HR for all regulatory or internal audit activity, including tracking of resulting management actions.
- Central HR contact point for vendor due diligence information requests relating to people policies
- Central HR contact point for Operational Resilience activities including business continuity planning
- Lead on policy or governance focused projects alongside the Chief Human Resources Officer.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, employee relations or business-focused HR in a regulated international organization.
- Proven track record in policy development and the provision of guidance and communication related to policy interpretation and application.
- Skilled influencer and excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills with evidence of being able to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Meticulous and exceptionally strong organizational, system and process skills to manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented.
- Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Master’s or equivalent post-graduate qualification in a HR discipline or law
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations practices in multiple regions.
- Certified by Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or other related certification programs.
- Experience in working for, or with, workforce or operational risk management functions.
- Experience within the regulated Financial Services industry.
