• Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire operations department, including project management, logistics, installation teams, and customer support, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of solar PV installations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with company growth objectives, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of project managers, installation crews, logistics coordinators, and administrative staff. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and support staff development.
• Project Oversight: Ensure all projects are executed according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets, with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement and inventory management to ensure a steady supply of materials and equipment, working closely with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and delivery terms.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures, ensuring all installations meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the implementation of safety protocols and training programs for field teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of solar PV installation processes, technologies, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
