This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and passionate marketing leader to join a dynamic company during a time of significant growth, working alongside passionate innovators.As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of a forward-thinking healthtech organisation.While this is a remote first organisation, the successful candidate will be required to attend onsite monthly & quarterly leadership meetings in Dublin. The successful candidate must be living in Ireland to fulfil this position.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy.
- Build and maintain a modern marketing function to support company growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Revenue to ensure team alignment.
- Establish a unified brand voice across all channels and geographies.
- Foster engaging interactions with consumers and partners.
- Support sales with content creation and resources.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Communicate key value propositions to ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Create and manage marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to and manage marketing budgets.
- Report on marketing activities and channels.
- Understand and analyse market, competition, and customer insights.
- Support business development and sales initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines across channels.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and report on performance.
- Plan and manage key events.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Understanding of med tech / health tech / well tech trends and developments preferred but not required.
- Experience in a scale-up environment.
- Team leadership and development experience.
- Budgetary planning and ownership.
- Reporting and use of CRM and similar digital tools
- Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing / omnichannel
- Translating strategic goals into actionable tasks and results
- Digital and legacy marketing experience across channels
- Commercially driven with experience building and/or running an e-commerce business
- Experience of structuring and motivating teams
- Comfortable with modern platforms including HubSpot, Google, Slack, MS Office
- Understanding and/or willingness to learn about med tech / health tech / well tech
