Position: Head of MarketingLocation: Greater London (south of the river) & Hybrid (3 days in the office)Package: Circa £70,000-£80,000 + BenefitsWe’re working on behalf of an SME that manufactures a range of premium, healthy, food products looking to hire a Head of Marketing to lead their fast-growing team.This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role as they expand both in the UK and internationally. You’ll be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy and managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, with ample opportunities for personal and career growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure alignment on all marketing initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities and optimize current marketing channels.
• Manage product launches from concept to execution.
• Oversee budgets, ensure ROI, and report on performance.
• Lead and motivate the marketing team (4-6 people), ensuring KPIs are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a marketing leadership role.
• Consumer goods experience ideally from within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends, analytics, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Adaptable, results-oriented, and ready to drive growth.

Expected salary

£70000 – 80000 per year
