HEAD OF LEGAL BCL Legal are working with a fast growing and ethical Fintech who are looking for a Head of Legal to join their team to help oversee the Legal team as the business goes through a period of signifcant growth. Key Responsibilities: – Manage and build a high performing Legal team overseeing recruitment, budget and deliverables – Draft and negotiate and wide range of contracts, agreements and Legal documents to support business operations – Identify and assess any Legal risks that arise from business operations and ensure relevant solutions – Maintain a knowledge of any regulatory developments that will affect the business – Oversee corporate governance matters – Work with the CLO to develop and implement legal strategies About You: – Extensive commercial contracts experience – Experience working at Head of Legal level – Experience in a financial services or fintech envrionment – Knowledge of structuring financial products – Litigation/Contentions experience – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
