Do you want to be one of them?For more information on our Danone Impact Journey click .Role PurposeHead of IT Governance and Business Solutions Supporting Functions – leads valuable IT & Data transformations for the Finance, HR, DBS & General Secretary functions and oversees the Governance and Reporting of the whole Portfolio of IT & Data projects for UKI.Key Activities:As Governance Manager:

• IT Budget Opex & Capex (IT & Data Supporting Functions and Security), quarterly rolling forecasts consolidation.
• Portfolio Reporting & Demand Management
• Follow the global cybersecurity plan, including asset management, identity management & access control, security continuous monitoring, anomalies detection & protection response

As support Functions Senior Business Partner:

• Deliver value by effectively deploying core IT & Data programs (both local & global)
• Proposing solutions to accelerate the digital & data transformation of these functions & increase efficiency
• Bold choices: impactful IT transformations for IBS, Finance, HR and General Secretary
• BAU: Ensuring the overall performance of information systems for these functions

Stakeholder relationships:Strategic Business partnering involves close relationships with the Directors of the CBU supporting functions, including HR, Finance and GS, and the head of DBS in UK and Ireland. Regular contact with CFO, HR VP and GS, as well as Supporting functions in Supply Points.The person needs to be active part of the EU Supporting Functions community, sharing experience, success and challenges with peers in Europe and trusted relationships with the heads supporting functions IT & Data platforms in the EU Hub and the global teams.We would like you to demonstrate the following key skills:Strategic Business partnering & Communication: ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and translate business objectives into technology opportunities.Achieve results effectively, develop cross-functional effectiveness.Business acumen: Deep understanding of business objectives and critical business processes (like GPS/SOP and RGM) helps to co-build application landscape, technology and data strategy and identify breakthrough opportunities and automation.Financial appreciation: a strong appreciation for financial KPIs and the business equation helps with the management of the IT & Data function forecast and project portfolio consolidation and prioritisationCuriosity and passion for change: Danone is undergoing massive transformation so it is essential to stay curious, to learn about the current and future business context and to be a change agent, adapting self and others to the new realities.Salary Bracket: £95,000 – £110,000.
