is a health tech startup with HQ in Antwerp, Belgium. We develop and successfully commercialize the world’s first handheld device to help people do breathing exercises, adding to their well-being. We are focused on making breathwork accessible, cool and convenient.To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for a Head of Growth to join us. Do you have the skills to boost our reach and convert traffic by optimizing our marketing mix (paid social, PR, IF/affiliate marketing)? You don’t have to do this by yourself. Instead, you look at the bigger picture and you’ll manage the rest of the traction team, but you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.Working alongside our CEO, Growth Marketeer and Growth Apprentice, you will be directly responsible for:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and CFO, aiding in decision-making and policy development.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Traction team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business, both in reporting and execution.
  • Revenue Growth: Set clear revenue targets and KPIs aligned with moonbird growth goals and make sure the strategy to achieve these is executed. Monitor and analyze the performance of various marketing initiatives and make data-backed recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Supervise performance marketing, including PPC and paid social campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
  • Supervise the CRO efforts for moonbird’s Shopify store, focusing on enhancing user experience and maximizing revenue through effective website design and customer journey analysis.
  • Supervise email marketing: Own the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, focusing on customer engagement and segmentation to drive sales.
  • Aid in the affiliate program development: Help build a referral program via brand ambassadors and influencers to create a new channel of organic, word-of-mouth customer acquisition.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree: Master’s or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Relevant (DTC growth) experience: A track record of a similar DTC Growth strategy
  • Digital marketing knowledge: Strong expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo and Paid Channels – Meta and Google.
  • Analytical thinker: You love data insights, and you keep track of, and reach your KPIs (CR, CTR, AOV, CPP, ROAS, ROI…).
  • Hands-on: You’re not afraid to do the work; you have a strong and hands-on personality.
  • Organizational skills: advanced proficiency in project management tools like Asana; experienced in managing complex projects.
  • Team management: Proven track record in building, leading, and managing teams; experience in mentoring and development valued.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English proficiency, demonstrated in academic or professional contexts.
  • Industry Experience: Background in health & wellness, fitness, or technology hardware in an academic or consulting context is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in optimising SEO, Affiliate marketing and Organic channels.
