Job Description
Concentrix + Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive our growth agenda in the ANZ region. We are looking for a senior executive with a proven track record in new business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships, who is well-networked and highly visible in the market, to spearhead our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue objectives. If you are a senior executive with expertise in leading complex, large-scale, multimillion dollar new business sales, marketing, and partnership functions, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business.
As the Head of Growth, you will lead the sales of our comprehensive suite of solutions and services across various industry verticals. This critical leadership position places you at the forefront of establishing key client relationships, driving brand awareness, and uncovering new market opportunities. You will develop and execute a robust growth strategy, integrating sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
In this role, you will lead teams across the sale and delivery of our diverse offerings, including outsourced customer experience solutions, software, analytics, and strategic management consulting. Your goal is to drive better customer experiences and positive outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in managing large, strategic accounts and leading complex, multimillion-dollar sales, marketing, and partnership functions. You will guide teams to deliver technology-led client experiences while fostering strong relationships with both new and existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development: Identify and secure new clients, leveraging Concentrix’s diverse value proposition to address complex business needs across multiple industries.
Sales Leadership: Develop and implement the sales strategy for the ANZ region, including target setting, forecasting, and identifying whitespace opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
Marketing & Partnerships: Lead the ANZ marketing function, driving brand positioning and market penetration while establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships to enhance the growth pipeline.
Client-Centric Solutions: Engage with senior executives of prospective and existing clients to understand their short-term and long-term strategic requirements, tailoring Concentrix’s offerings to deliver optimal solutions.
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to inform business development strategies and competitive positioning, ensuring a proactive approach to market challenges.
Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and driving results across diverse functions and geographies.
Profile & Experience:
Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in senior sales leadership roles, with a focus on CRM BPO/outsourcing, digital technology solutions and strategic account management, preferably within complex, multi-faceted international organisations.
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key stakeholders across the business landscape.
New Business & Strategic Partnerships: Demonstrated success in new business development, strategic partnerships, and consultative selling, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in driving brand awareness and market growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Global Perspective: Strong ability to operate effectively within a global organization, navigating complex structures and aligning local and global capabilities to drive strategic growth.
Strategic Vision & Tactical Execution: High-level strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, leading teams to execute effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.
Technology Savvy: Passionate about technology and eager to leverage emerging technologies to enhance client experiences and business growth.
