Combined with marketing-leading, innovative practice technology and one of the largest group purchasing organisations, we work in partnership to support veterinary practices, animal owners, manufacturers, and retailers.Position Summary:The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and self-motivated professional with exceptional financial acumen, modeling skills, and a proven track record in strategic financial leadership.The Head of FP&A role is a highly strategic and commercial position, responsible for providing comprehensive financial insights and strategic support to the Vice President of MWI Animal Health International and to the wider executive team. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, forecasting, and financial modeling that align with our business goal.This role reports into the Vice President of Finance for MWI Animal Health, which encompasses the US and International businesses.Taking overall responsibility for the FP&A team, this team supports various departments and leads the development of annual and long-term financial plans. This role is pivotal to ensuring the financial health and growth of the company through strategic analysis and a proactive approach to financial planning to respond to the competitive landscape.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
