If yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!We are excited to recruit for Head of Finance – Digital & Transformation, who will be a key member of the Global Digital Finance Function, reporting into the Director of Finance.We are on an exciting journey delivering on our Digital Strategy and are therefore looking for a Head of Finance to ensure that our colleagues in Global Digital and Technology, as well as our Charlotte Tilbury C Suite, have the right financial insights and foundation for informed decision making. Joining our London Head Office Finance Team in this brand-new role, you will support and enable our Digital and Technology organisation by developing all aspects of digital finance resource costing models and financial follow up processes for key digital investments.As a Head of Finance you will

• Responsible for end to end P&L Digital and Transformation
• Proactively business partner with the senior leadership in Digital and Technology, as well as Charlotte Tilbury’s C Suite Leadership Team; including Chief of Transformation, Chief Growth & Technology Officer and Chief Operations & Finance Officer
• Act as finance lead in initiative digital and tech strategy and investment review meetings
• Support all digital initiatives providing financial metrics and reviewing business cases to allow for informed decision making
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and R&O process to provide accurate numbers
• Review appropriate financial business cases to support digital investment proposals, incorporating relevant KPIs
• Line management and development of team
• Management of tech capital budgets, including evaluation of capex business cases
• Monthly and ad-hoc capex updates and analysis for live digital projects running in the business and due to start
• Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

About you

• Background in Ecommerce working for a fast paced retail environment
• Experience in project accounting and/or project controlling
• Knowledge of project management approaches (for the purposes of developing supporting financial process)
• Knowledge of resource costing models
• Knowledge of reporting dashboards
• Advanced Excel skills
• Capital forecasting experience
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively within a scaling business
• Analytical mindset
• Experience working with or in an IT organisation/department, or strong understanding of digital part of a business (considered a plus)
