Morgan McKinley has partnered with a leading global logistics company specialising in international shipping, courier services, freight transportation, and supply chain solutions who are seeking to hire a Head of Business Development.*Dublin or Shannon location*The Head of Business Development will lead and implement sales strategies to drive revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. This leader will oversee a diverse, high-performing sales team and align sales operations with the company’s global objectives.Benefits:

• Base: €100K+ (Negotiable – Depending on Experience)
• Bonus: 25%

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage and grow a sales team, ensuring performance excellence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and sales pipelines.
• Leverage market insights and data to inform strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in a similar role at senior level
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Freight Forwarding industry
• Experience of operating in a fast-paced dynamic organisation
