Head of Business Development – Leading Irish Professional Services Firm with International Presence
- High-growth international player servicing the Financial Services, Aviation and Multinational arenas.

Our client, a distinguished firm with a robust international presence and local expertise, seeks a dynamic Head of Business Development to shape and expand its client portfolio.They offer tailored, cost-effective solutions to international companies and financial institutions. With offices in Dublin, London, and Luxembourg, they specialise in streamlining operations and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.You’ll be part of a team that works closely with industry professionals to provide turnkey solutions that align with their clients’ corporate goals-stepping into a strategic role where your expertise and vision will directly influence the business direction and industry standing.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies aimed at client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and secure high-priority clients in alignment with our strategic objectives, working closely with function leads.
- Elevate our market presence through strategic partnerships, industry event presentations, and authoritative publications.
- Utilise our strong brand to enhance industry recognition as a top-tier corporate governance and financial services provider.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong sales background with a proven track record of managing a client portfolio.
- Expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and financial services.
- Demonstrated success in strategic leadership and influence at the executive level.
