As a Head Coach (Department Manager) for our Canberra Store , you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work with your team to focus on customer service and get to the win the right way.

You lead the charge of ensuring your team makes positive moments, has fun, and feels like they are a part of something bigger.
Reporting to our Regional Manager, you will:
Lead : drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
Coach : provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team. You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning
Drive : assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
Inspire : care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
A passion for the Nike brand
Area Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (50+ employees)
The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound computer proficiency
