Join our Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick team as a H&E Advisor on Hinkley Point and you’ll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work.What you’ll be doingAs a H&E Advisor, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Conduct inspections and observation of site activities and sub-

contractor operations per shift and record within insight. * Carry out HSE inspections across the site, including at height, inconfined spaces etc. Report any trends to relevant discipline manger as
soon as identified. * Intervene when unsafe practices are observed, offering solutions toobservations made. * Participate in training and support become H&S subject matter

  • Play an activate role in supporting accident incident management and
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the site procedures, monitor

compliance within the field. * Provide competent specialist advice on identified topics, specificallyCOSHH.Who we’re looking for

  • NEBOSH general certificate/NEBOSH construction certificate or
  • Strong construction background with a minimum 5 years experience.
  • HSE procedures and expectations to a range of people
  • Working knowledge of the Health and Safety regulations.
  • Suitable site experience in a similar role, preferably in the nuclear
