  • Arrive and start the day with the collaborative and supportive team at the lively 100 James Street

  • Conduct reservation, check-in, and departure procedures for our valued guests with the highest customer service

  • Utilizing your computer skills and understanding of the operating system

  • Assistingguests with charges and payments

  • Providing the famous welcome cookie

  • Following procedures and ensuring attention-to-detail for all data processing

  • Answering all telephone and email correspondence, prioritizing urgenttasksand minimizing wait times

Who is our ideal Guest Services Agent?

  • Confident and bubbly personality, with an aptitude for hospitable service, teamwork, and patience

  • Strong English writing/reading/speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual

  • Proficient technology skills and attention-to-detail, with a protection of confidential information

  • Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations

  • Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience

  • 1 or 2 years of related working experience preferred.
