What will you be doing?

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be empowered to create memorable guest experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure, in fact for the entire guest journey! Your responsibilities include:

·Providinga warm and personalised welcome

·Efficiently checking guests in and out

·Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.

·Addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction

·Coordinating with various departments to anticipate and meet guest needs

·Working as part of a professional team to deliver on Hilton’s promise to provide the most friendly and reliable stays

What are we looking for?
