What will I be doing?

As a Guest Relations Manager, you’ll be the key to making sure our guests have an unforgettable stay. You’ll oversee guest needs, especially VIPs, and make sure the rest of the team is in the loop to deliver top-tier service. You’ll be responsible for creating stellar first impressions, and to do that, you’ll need to handle the following tasks with the highest level of care and professionalism:

  • Welcome guests with a smile and make sure they feel right at home from the moment they arrive.
  • Chat with guests regularly to get their feedback and handle any questions or requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly, making sure they leave happy.
  • Know the hotel inside and out, so you can share all the great amenities and services—and spot chances to up-sell when it’s a perfect fit.
  • Build great communication and relationships with every department in the hotel.
  • Help out other departments when needed to make sure everything’s covered.
  • Step up and represent the management team when they’re not around.
  • Be a supportive teammate for the Guest Service Agents and Concierge team.
