HireForce is working with a leading multi-national PLC, that are headquartered in Dublin, who are seeking an ambitious Group Tax Manager to join their expanding international tax team at this very exciting time.Reporting to the Tax Director, the successful candidate will become a key member of the close-knit team working with colleagues in the US and around the globe. This role is suited for a candidate at the Manager level, with experience in either practice or industry.Responsibilities:

• Advise on Pillar II regulations and reporting requirements,
• Lead the implementation of software programs to automate the calculation and reporting requirements,
• Manage the Irish tax compliance process
• Assist in the preparation of non-U.S. current and deferred tax provisions and related disclosures for inclusion in U.S. GAAP financial statements,
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to develop tax efficiencies, assist with commercial projects, and provide tax input for mergers and acquisitions,
• Identify opportunities to optimise the group’s effective tax rate,
• Assist in preparation of global transfer pricing documentation, including collaborating with advisors to prepare the annual transfer pricing reports and memos

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• Chartered Tax Advisor
• 3+ years PQE in a Corporate Tax environment, Big 4, or similar.
