Grounds Maintenance Team LeaderPay Rate: £14.71 per hourHours: 7am – 3.30pm Monday to FridayStart Date: ImmediateJoin one of the UK’s leading horticulture and grounds maintenance specialists as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in the BS32 area.Job Overview:As a Team Leader, you will oversee a small team and take responsibility for:
- Grass and lawn cutting
- Edging and strimming
- Hedge trimming
- Litter picking
- Weed control
- General gardening and grounds maintenance tasks
- Operating mowers and powered tools
Requirements:
- Experience in grounds or garden maintenance
- A valid driver’s license
- PA1/PA6 is preferred but not essential
- Ability to lead a small team effectively
