Our Siemens Grid Software Business Unit is seeking an experienced Grid Software Technical Sales Professional to join our team.

This role focuses on preparing and delivering technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations around our grid simulation product portfolio to our global customers. If you have experience with PSS® SINCAL, PSS® E, PSS® CAPE, PSS® ODMS, and PSS® MOD, and are passionate about technical sales and customer engagement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer workshops, discovery calls, and product presentations for our grid simulation portfolio.

  • Maintain technical sales materials, including videos, presentations, and demo models.

  • Analyze customer requirements and consult during RFI and RFP stages.

  • Support technical product proposals and provide market feedback to product management.

  • Train regional sales teams and engage in global customer events.

  • Assist the sales team with opportunity qualification and solution definitions.

  • Collaborate with global tech sales team members and other Siemens units.

  • Operate primarily in Australia and New Zealand, with global support as needed.

  • Provide regular progress updates to the HQ Head.

About You:

  • Extensive experience with grid simulation tools (PSS® SINCAL, PSS® E, PSS® CAPE, PSS® ODMS, PSS® MOD).

  • Strong technical sales background and customer engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and map them to technical solutions.

  • Experience in preparing and delivering technical workshops and presentations.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and customers.

  • Willingness to travel and engage in global customer events.
