Grazing Coordinator-Surrey- £32,000 DOE + On-call Allowance + Flexible WorkingThe Job:
– Coordinate and implement annual grazing programmes across conservation sites to meet biodiversity objectives
– Manage livestock welfare and ensure compliance with health, safety, and public safety regulations
– Oversee practical tasks such as calving, haymaking, and grazing across multiple sites
– Collaborate with external clients, delivering contract grazing services and reviewing biodiversity performanceThe Company:

– Strong knowledge of conservation grazing, livestock management, and countryside practices

– Full driving licence, with trailer and tractor qualifications (LANTRA/NPTC desirable)The Package:
– £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
– £2,000 annual on-call allowance
– Flexible working environment
