Description

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Graphics Designer to join our team. As the Graphics Designer at ARETUM, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that promote our company’s brand and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Keen ability to read and analyze technical requirements, business requirements, and organizational charts within a proposal to develop representative graphics.
  • Responsible for collaboration with the Aretum Proposal Team to understand proposal requirements and design graphics maintaining consistent branding.
  • Responsible for the creation of proposal templates, cover page designs, and graphics for proposals and the scheduling of calls with Proposal Writers to ensure graphics align with proposal content.
  • Responsible for and strong emphasis on maintaining ARETUM’s graphics repository to ensure accessibility.
  • Responsible for the UI/UX design, update and graphics implementation for the Aretum website.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company SharePoint site, tailoring it for sector-specific requirements.
  • Responsible for the design & coordination with the HR Team & other respective Team members of Bi-Monthly Newsletters and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Responsible for assisting the HR Team & other ELT Members in putting together designing the quarterly Town Hall presentation slide deck.
  • Responsible for developing holiday email campaigns and other company news email campaigns and maintaining brand identity and engaging content.
  • Responsible for the management of press releases.
  • Responsible for the creation and management of the Services Capability Deck, showcasing the company’s services and expertise.
  • Responsible for the design and management of sector slicks/brochures to highlight services provided to customers.
  • Responsible for the management of ARETUM’s LinkedIn page.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear content.
  • Experience in managing website content, social media platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to do powerpoint presentations like kickoff slides (under the direction of the proposal manager) and oral presentations
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of government contracting or related industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
