One of the largest names in the electrical & lighting products industry is looking for a sales-driven and business-focused graduate to join their successful location in Dublin. Following an intensive training period, you’ll be progressing to a key sales role within the business and building relationships with B2B customers. The business sells to a large and varied customer base including: government agencies and local authorities, the hotel and leisure industry, building and construction industry, electrical engineering, industrial companies, facilities management and power generation businesses, to name a few.A salary of €32,500 + uncapped bonus & bespoke training from industry experts are all on offer.The OpportunityWe’re working closely with a global, market-leading group of electrical distribution companies who are looking for driven graduates to join them across the UK and Ireland. The Director for Ireland is looking for money-motivated, down to earth and driven graduates who are eager to progress their careers within a sociable and dynamic trade industry.As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will:

• Complete a tailored graduate programme, including a programme of professional sales training
• Learn from and be mentored by a successful manager
• Receive a starting salary of €32,500 plus bonus with regular salary reviews
• Progress to Area Sales Manager and beyond
• Have the opportunity to receive a company car (upon progression to field sales role)
• Receive ongoing training and professional development
