Our graduate program, ‘Launch,’ offers an inclusive, relationship-oriented environment for you to professionally thrive while kickstarting your career. You will be exposed to a wide range of what we offer across Commercial Consulting and Business Advisory.

We provide clients in over 120 countries with advice and solutions that give them the clarity and confidence to make better decisions to protect and grow their business.

Aon’s consulting segments provide clients with the clarity and confidence they need to pursue their ambition by solving various needs – we help clients to protect and grow their businesses.Your rotation may see you become involved in teams including but not limited to:

  • Risk consulting for SME and Global Corporate clients

  • Human Resources Consulting

  • Cyber Risk

  • Workers Compensation

  • Occupational Health & Safety

  • Financial Specialties

  • Digital Clients

  • Environmental Risk

    Show us your strengths so we can work with our teams to select three, six-month rotations unique to you.

    What To Expect During The Graduate Program

    During your 18-month Launch experience, you will have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a grad buddy who will share experiences with you, as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor and an assigned home business unit.

    The program also offers study assistance and structured professional development sessions.

    Skills and Experience that will lead to your success

    To qualify for Launch, you must have graduated by the end of 2025 with a credit or above average and have either Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

    In addition, we are ideally looking for the following:

  • Passion for learning and are curious at heart

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships

  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

  • Good decision-making skills
