As part of the Corporate Coverage team, you will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across a wide range of business divisions, focusing on client relationship management and deal origination. You will gain a great overview of the full corporate banking product suite while working
close to the senior relationship managers and products specialists to deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of our corporate clients.
You will support in originating profitable business opportunities for the bank with our key client base, both by working with the client´s head office and their subsidiaries across all countries where Deutsche Bank is present. You will get first-hand exposure to a dynamic environment with business opportunities
spanning over the whole treasury spectrum, including lending, debt capital markets financing, FX, trade finance, cash management and more.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist the senior coverage bankers in advisory of key client relationships, business origination and identification of prospect clients.
- Maintain and coordinate regular and frequent dialogue with product partners across Deutsche Bank’s global network to deliver against the client agenda.
- Produce best in class presentations to support Deutsche Bank’s marketing effort and client pitches.
- Provide financial analysis, risk assessment and analytical support for clients’ situations.
- Daily interactions with local teams across the global network of Deutsche Bank to originate and implement transactions.
- Owner of credit approval requests centrally and in-country – Liaise with Credit Risk Officers in the name of the product sales teams.
- Pro-actively maintain knowledge of the developments in the core product set to explore and refer opportunities.
- Maintain regular and frequent dialogue with product partners and global network to deliver against the client agenda.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining Know Your Client profiles and other required client information in accordance with Deutsche Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Assist team leaders to form viable business strategies to adapt to changes in the market/regulatory environments.

Your profile
- A graduate to Masters level (or relevant international equivalent) in business, finance, economics or other closely related areas with a strong academic record.
- Strong analytical skills: proactive problem-solving skills and ability to assimilate new information quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Networking skills: successfully build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, including credit analysis.
- Excellent ability to maneuver Excel and PowerPoint efficiently.
- Sound knowledge of the business community in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Genuine interest to work in diverse global client teams.
- Language skills: fluent in English, French and Dutch.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork.
