Graduate Consultant (Finnish-Speaking) – International Development – Finland

Location: Remote, with potential for international travel

Bodhi Global Analysis is seeking a Finnish-speaking graduate (of any level) to join our roster for project-based assignments who is interested in consultancy and international development, particularly in areas related to economic development and digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate looking to gain experience in the field of international development consultancy and apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges.

This role is fully remote, with potential for travel to support specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in conducting evaluations related to economic development, digitalization, and international development cooperation.
• Assist in data collection and analysis, with a focus on both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients, including bilateral and multilateral donors.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality evaluations and consultancy projects.

Key Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D), or a related field.

Skills and Expertise:

• Interest in consultancy work in international development, with a focus on economic development and digitalization.
• Ideally, a working knowledge of quantitative methods for data collection and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel internationally for project-based work when needed.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
