Tailored to the individual needs of our large customer base and the specifics of the site, we provide clear operating plans and carefully risk assess every project.Main purpose of role:Due to continued growth, expanded and new contracts, Enva have an extremely exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Graduate Engineer to join our Industrial Services and organics team working from our Dublin/Portlaoise/Cork office.We are now recruiting a Graduate Agricultural/Environmental Engineer to assist in the management of operations of a portfolio of existing projects and to support the ongoing growth of the division. The role offers significant potential for rapid personal growth and development.This role may suit an engineering or agricultural/environmental science graduate looking to work within the water or wastewater sector, agricultural, environmental consulting and contracting sector or the waste sector.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Assist project manager in all duties required to safely, compliantly and profitably manage the daily operations,liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies and other stake holder, monitor projects budgets and programmes,Operations supervision and management, management of sub-contractors Environmental monitoring (e.g., sampling and analysis)Assist in day-to-day management of key client contacts, completing project reports and keeping clients up to date as operations progressAbility to solve problems quickly in a fast-moving environmentSpecify and procure plant and machinery and equipmentExperience managing plant and equipment beneficialEnvironmental and Agronomic planning and reporting e.g., Nutrient Management Planning, environmental monitoringDesigning and drafting applications for appropriate permissions, waste licences and planning applicationsAbility in the use GIS/CAD applications e.g AutoCAD and Arc GISAbility to understand Health and Safety requirements and adhering to company H&S standards.Good report writing skills, proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to quickly understand the technical and operational issues facing the Environmental Services SectorSupport in developing the sales pipeline, meeting and developing opportunities with new prospects and existing clients,Research and support new initiatives, processes and technologies to maintain Enva Environmental services position as an innovator and a forward thinker in this spaceGraduate Engineer RequirementsTo act courteously and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, Enva personnel and other personnel encountered within your roleTo foster and develop good customer and public relations at all times and to portray a professional image of the companyTo report for work in a timely manner and to conduct work as scheduled to company and customer satisfactionTo work within the instructions and procedures of the Company’s systems as directed by your manager or other management as appropriateTo conduct all duties in a constructive and productive manner aligned to the interests of the company and managementTo act diligently and professionally in the interests of the CompanyTo demonstrate a willingness to promote the positive development of the business to all stakeholders of the business including customers but also extending to staff, contractors, EPA, HSA etc.To demonstrate the company values at all times , i.e., Flexibility, Action, Customer Driven and TrustFor the right person, this role offers significant potential for personal growth and development including working towards a professional title.This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious persons to grow and develop within one of Ireland’s fastest growing sustainable and solution-based companies.
