We’re seeking a GP Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with General Practitioners and wider medical referrers in a Practice setting. The role involves promoting the specialist services via a range of channels, ensuring a seamless patient referral process, and facilitating engagement with our hospital’s specialists.Reporting into the Relationship Development Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with GPs and medical referrers in Central London.
  • Promote the range of specialist services to strengthen referral processes and improve patient care.
  • Work closely with hospital specialists to facilitate events (virtual & in-person) that deliver engagement & education.
  • Implement strategies to raise awareness of the Hospitals and their work.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials targeting GPs and other healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and report on relationship management activities and outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive and strategic approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team sharing ideas and best practice.
  • Capable of effectively planning time to maximise existing and developing relationships.
  • Happy to travel in and around London on a weekly basis.
