German Speaking Telemarketer / Lead Generator / Sales

Overview

LXI are seeking a German Salesperson / Telemarketer to market the German Vocational Educational Schools. Currently 50% of our customer base are Bavarian German and Austrian Schools and we have not marketed mid and northern Germany.

This is a cold calling roll which will have 2 milestones –
Contacting the schools and gathering contact names and email addresses.
Arranging a zoom call between the school Erasmus Coordinator and LXI.
LXI will provide a list of German Schools in the target region – that have won an Erasmus Grant in the last 12 months (Warm lead).
The salesperson will contact that school and acquire further details to expand the list and database with schools:
Schools email address
Schools Erasmus Coordinators name & their school email address.
failing that – the Lead English Teachers name and their school email address.
Permission to & email them an introductory email about LXI’s offerings.

This milestone is worth E25 per school.

The hired salesperson will follow up their contacts in the same school and ask if they will be interested in a Zoom call with LXI’s CEO – Mr Con Furey; to discuss an LXI program of interest to their school.   LXI have provide “Calendly software” to allow the school to choose a time & date which suits them for their Zoom call.

The Zoom Link will be scheduled by the LXI Office and sent to all involved – including the Salesperson, if you wish to attend.

On completion of the 15min Zoom call the second milestone will have been achieved.

This milestone is worth E40 per zoomed school zoom call.

As these German VEC schools already know they have an Erasmus Grant of tens of thousands of euro, to spend in the next 18months, and the UK is no longer available to them, due to Brexit – Ireland is the only country in which they can find an English-speaking Erasmus Partner Company.  LXI is the largest partner company in Ireland for “Voluntary Work Placement Programs” and positioned in 12 locations in the southeast of Ireland.  Interest levels amongst Germany schools will be high – but a talented Salesperson will be required to meet both milestones.  Persistence is key!  We will not be working off number of calls or hours – just the two Milestones set.

In total it should be worth E65 per school to our Tele / Salesperson.  A talented telemarketer should secure both milestones with a German School within a total of 35-75mins of combined work.

After the first #15 zoom calls are complete an additional E15 per school will be added to the second milestone, for all subsequent deliverables.
