- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent using various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events. Conduct proactive searches for both active and passive candidates
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in the German-speaking regions to meet the future hiring needs of the business.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates. Assess candidates for cultural add, technical skills, and career aspirations
What are we looking for:Excellent level of written and spoken German language skillsMinimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regionsProven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhuntingWhat’s in for you:
- Salary: Base 35,000 + commission (Uncapped)
