How You’ll Shine

This is your chance to lead two dynamic Food & Beverage outlets, drive strategic growth, and create exceptional guest experiences in one of Victoria’s most iconic resort destinations. Your energy, creativity, and operational expertise will inspire a high-performing team and leave a lasting impact on guests and owners alike.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily resort operations across all departments

• Drive F&B innovation and growth

• Build strong relationships with owners, guests, and corporate stakeholders

• Deliver engaging guest programs and memorable resort experiences

• Champion sustainability, service excellence, and financial success

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership in hospitality, with strong F&B and marketing credentials

• Operational expertise in rooms, revenue, and yield management

• Track record of growing revenue and improving bottom-line results

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, including Body Corporate relations

• Experience designing engaging, multi-generational guest activities

• Vacation ownership exposure is a plus — not essential

• Above all, enthusiasm, innovation, and a people-first mindset
