About The RoleHomeServe are now recruiting for directly employed Gas Engineers to join our team!

• Location – York or within a 20 minute drive of a YO postcode
• Full Time – You will average 40 hours per week over the year working annualised hours (Less in Summer more in Winter), but your pay will not change! This also includes some weekends and Bank Holiday working
• Salary – £43,560 + £3,000 signing on bonus!

A bit more about the roleAs a Gas Repair Engineer at HomeServe you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of gas appliances and central heating systems in private domestic properties. • £43,560 per year

About YouWhat you’ll have

• CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1
• Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points
• Excellent customer service skill
• It would also be great if you had experience with working on a variety of different boilers across varied manufacturers

• Week 1 will be Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 in our award winning training facility, covering all things HomeServe, Health and Safety, tools and equipment
• Week 2-4 you will be buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Gas Engineer
• Once signed off you will complete your own line of work in your specified work area
• Where geographically appropriate we will pay for your accommodation
