The role :
- Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of regulated funds and Irish companies, managing company secretarial services end-to-end.
- Board Meeting Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of board meetings, including setting calendars, formulating agendas, preparing board packs, and attending meetings to take minutes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit annual returns and filings with the Companies Registration Office and Central Bank of Ireland, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Team Leadership: Manage the workload of junior team members, delegating tasks effectively and providing mentorship and training to support their development.
- General Meeting Assistance: Organize general meetings, including drafting notices, collecting proxy forms, and managing the voting process to ensure legal compliance.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and addressing client needs proactively.
Whats required of you :
- Must have 5+ years funds company / corporate secretary experience in Ireland or the UK (please note this is NOT a receptionist/secretary role)
- Must be ICSA/CGI qualified or part-qualified or a desire to do so.
- You must be currently based in Ireland with an Irish/European/UK passport or Stamp 4 visa
