What your day could look like

• Client Management: Be the primary contact for company secretarial services across regulated fund management companies, AIFMs, MiFID firms, and investment funds.
• Board Support: Own the board meeting process end-to-end—drafting agendas, preparing board packs, attending meetings, and capturing action points.
• Governance Compliance: Ensure boards comply with Corporate Governance Codes, Fitness & Probity Standards, and regulatory conduct requirements.
• Regulatory Filings: Oversee statutory filings with the CRO and Central Bank, and manage key fitness and probity documentation.
• Portal Management: Administer the Central Bank portal, filing returns, and ensuring seamless access.
• Company Secretarial Operations: Handle ICAV and company incorporations, AGM/EGM documentation, and statutory register updates using Blueprint.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: 1-3 years’ Funds Company Secretarial experience in Ireland (essential).
