Leveraging your expertise in fund registration, you will set the foundation for future scalability. Beyond this, the role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development and advancement of Titanbay’s fund operations, enabling the team to meet the demands of our growing business.This position is perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive professional eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment and contribute to the transformation of private market investing.Responsibilities

  • Bring Titanbay’s marketing regulation processes in-house and manage global fund registration processes to ensure compliance with global standards.
  • Lead and support fund launch activities, including opening fund compartments and managing subscriptions into target funds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve operational processes as we scale.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to support seamless fund operations.
  • Take responsibility for key operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
  • Monitor and enhance fund operation workflows, implementing improvements for efficiency and resilience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in fund operations or global fund registration processes.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, demonstrating clear communication and relationship building.
  • Proficiency with technology tools, such as project management software and fund-related platforms.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems, processes, and concepts in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and independent approach to managing responsibilities.
