This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with 1–2 years’ experience who is eager to learn and grow in an operational role within fund management.You will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and set-up of funds, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence in our processes. The role will provide hands-on experience and valuable insights into private market operations.Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding and set-up of new funds, including compartment creation and fund establishment.
  • Take ownership of the fund set-up process, ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders such as AIFMs, legal, tax and marketing teams.
  • Liaise with Investor Services to align onboarding processes for investors.
  • Ensure all required documentation is in order, working closely with the Legal team.
  • Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external providers.
  • Support the subscription process into target funds and ensure operational accuracy.
  • Take initiative to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the team’s efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within fund administration or a management company.
  • Familiarity with fund operations and onboarding processes is a plus, but not essential.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
