We’re fun, quirky, humble, ambitious, and passionate.It’s an exciting time of growth for FLOX – and we’re looking for like-minded people to join the team.💼 About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Full-stack Engineer to join our team to work on software projects around our core farming computer vision software.Tech Stack: Python, Numpy, OpenCV, Linux, Vue.js, Plotly, WebRTC, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes🔥 Key Responsibilities

• End to end hands on coding of groundbreaking applications that will delight our users and help reach our company goals.
• Collaborate with our designers to implement user interfaces such as dashboards that align with user needs.
• Design and build scalable, efficient, and secure APIs to handle our critical data.
• Test features thoroughly before they are released ensuring quality and reliability.
• Implement feedback from users and stakeholders, refining requirements to iterate on and improve features.
• Work closely with your team to weigh the value and effort of each feature.

😊 About You

• 4+ years of experience as a Full-stack Engineer with strong focus on frontend development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Advanced skills in building frontend systems using Vue.js / React.
• Proven ability to design and implement APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) / Node.js.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership within small, fast-paced teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of working closely with stakeholders, users, and teammates.
• Experience working with remote teams.

Desirable

• Start-up / scale-up experience.
• Experience in mobile app development.
• Experience in data analytics, AI or computer vision product development.

⛳️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits

• Php 100k – 140k per month depending on experience.
• Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week.
• 13th and 14th month pay
