Begin your journey wish us as a Front Office Generalist at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. As a Front Office Generalist, you will be required to complete daily tasks including: processing guest check-ins, check-outs, assisting with guest requests, questions or concerns and escorting guests to rooms.

Who you are and what you need:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to multi task and prioritise jobs

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)

  • Possess good computer & numeracy skills

  • Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail
