As a Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our hotel operations. Joining an exceptional team, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring all guests and visitors enjoy a truly personalised service experience from arrival to departure.What you will be doing?

• Impress our guests with outstanding service, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs.
• Uphold and obsess over brand standards, genuinely caring about guest experiences and striving to exceed their expectations.
• Lead and develop the reception team, fostering a posit ive and efficient work environment.
• Remain calm and effective during busy periods or challenging situations.
• Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems (Opera/MARSHA or OnQ).

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or Reception Manager in a hotel is beneficial but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
• Passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
