They now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Front of House Professional The ideal candidate must have a background in beauty along with a minimum of 2 years experience. This is a very busy clinic that prides itself on great customer care so the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, work well in a fast paced environment and be passionate about great customer experiences. The role will involve managing front of house, ordering, taking appointments, responding to all inquiries including phone calls, social media, texts, and messages, and helping to grow our business.The position is full time Tuesday to Saturday. Late night Thursday 12-9pm, and every 2nd Saturday 9-5pm. We have a very experienced team of exceptional therapists so working well with our team and ensuring our salon is a great place to work is vital to us. • Front of house duties including managing and scheduling client appointments.
• Responding to emails, calls and general enquiries.
• Providing all customers with detailed information about the company services and product sold.
• Welcoming and greeting clients and ensuring they receive quality treatments and excellent customer care at all times.
• Communicating effectively with clients and building strong relationships
• Ensuring all customer data files are kept up to date and stored correctly
• Working with Phorest and ensuring all software tools are used in order to ensure profitable sales growth
• Managing and tracking sales transactions and processing payments.
• Promoting the sales of product, services and packages.
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
• Working closely with management, assisting in overseeing daily operations of the salon.
• Order and replenish stock
• Supervising the social media / digital marketing campaigns
