Job Description:NB: To stay close to customers, our support teams are in our Paddington Support office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected. However, this role may also involve some travel as the need arises between our other sites in Welham Green Distribution Centre, Bradford, Castle Donington and our 3PL locations.What’s in it for you

What you’ll doYour key accountabilities will include

  • Delivering quality data for our Logistics Operations Team through the application of data quality techniques
  • Day to day management of our internal systems, Editrack and SAP and daily reporting requirements
  • Forecasting and planning analysis / reporting as well as Peak planning and reporting management
  • Working with the UK Inbound Supply Chain team and other departments to review and identify their data requirements. As well as collaborating with the M&S off-shore Logistics teams in the various global Sourcing Offices with data analysis
  • Responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure’s), with our external freight providers, (3rd Party + 4th Party)

Who you areYour skills and experience will include

  • Knowledge of UK Logistics distribution networks and Freight Import Operations by sea, air, road and rail
  • Experience using business IT, PowerBi and Advanced Excel, able to analyse situations and data to identify any potential risks or opportunities
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and diligent in your working approach
  • A phenomenal communicator who enjoys working with globally located teams on various time zones
