Your day to day

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all minibars are fully stocked and maintained to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for restocking, ordering, and managing stock levels, as well as collecting room service trays. Your analytical skills will be critical as you work with Excel to track stock, place orders, and carry out stock takes. This role also offers variety, with the opportunity to assist with guest services and valet parking for those who hold a valid driver’s license.

You’ll work closely with our Housekeeping and Front Office Teams and report to the Manager on Duty. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment that values communication and teamwork, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience working with stock management (minibar experience a plus!)

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Availability to work a rotating roster across 7 days, with shifts from 9am-1pm (Monday-Friday) and 9am-3pm (weekends).

  • A valid driver’s license is highly regarded, with the opportunity to assist with valet parking and guest services

  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
