This is a critical role that will provide strategic financial insights, drive business performance and support decision making at the highest levels of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, with a deep understanding of PE-backed environments, including advanced financial modelling.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyse and interpret financial performance and variances, communicating findings to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop robust financial models to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare detailed presentations for the executive team and board of directors, summarizing financial results and key performance indicators.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure a thorough understanding of financial implications of business operations and other initiatives.
• Implement best practices in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to finance team members and budget holders on financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports that comply with regulatory requirements and reflect the financial position of the business accurately.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools, advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems (preferably Netsuite).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
