Bumble is looking for an FP&A Analyst, Marketing to support and enable the Marketing FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will play an important role in delivering robust reporting and providing decision support to commercial Marketing stakeholders.This role will be ideally suited to a candidate who is at the early stage of their career, who is detail oriented, driven and excited to work in a fast paced environment. \nWhat you’ll be doing

• Support month end processes, working closely with Marketing and Accounting teams
• Understand, communicate, and explain spend variances to the FP&A Manager
• Assist with monthly and quarterly business commentary and analysis
• Develop a deep understanding of marketing plans across different regions
• Support the Finance Manager to identify and drive forward process improvements

About you

• Recently graduated with at least a Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Finance or similar
• Working towards or looking to start CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Confident user of Excel and or Google Sheets
• You’re data and insights obsessed. You are highly analytical and understand how to translate data into actionable insights and narratives
• You have the desire to get into the details and help bring Bumble’s ambitious plans to life
• You’re a self-starter who will proactively set stretch goals, is organised and can problem solve in a complex environment
• You will bring a collaborative, charismatic and humble personal style that has created commitment and enthusiasm throughout an organisation
• You have excellent time management and you know how to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
