Responsibilities:

• Delivering the highest customer service, resolving issues and communicating clearly in a professional manner
• Preparing, knowing, and responsibly serving beverages to guests in an effective manner
• Maintaining the set-up, stock, security, and hygiene of the outlet daily, including general service and functions
• Mastering the art of sales systems and orchestrating seamless payments!

About You:

• Have proof of working rights in Australia (no sponsorship is offered)
• Have ample availability (specifically Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
• Possess the RSA certificate, plus some hospitality experience/understanding
• Have a strong communication skill and hospitable service
• Motivated, committed, and have an adaptive approach
• Positive team player, open-minded, and outgoing personality
