Financial Regulation Lawyer – DublinOur client a leading law firm in Dublin is seeking to recruit a Solicitor for their Financial Regulation team.This role offers the opportunity to join a superb team with excellent opportunities for career development.The Role
The team provides advise to domestic and international clients on all aspects of Irish and EU financial services regulation including:

• FinTech – E-money/payments, crypto and crowd funding
• Conduct of Business including MiFID, market abuse and prospectus issues
• Licensing and authorisation
• Capital requirements and Codes of conduct
• All aspects of Central Bank and EU regulation

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in private practice or in-house legal department
• Experience in financial regulation or experience in banking law with a keen interest in financial regulation law
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
