This is an exciting opportunity to join the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Finance team supporting in country finance operations of our Poland programs.

The successful candidate will collaborate daily with key Finance Leaders and In-Country Business Manager for Polska Patriot Programs and support financial responsibilities for the Poland landed entity. In this unique role, the selected individual will get a unique opportunity to support the in-country financial operations, analysis of Raytheon Poland financial statements and provide analysis and management of the Direct and Indirect rates. The successful candidate will also support the cost control, program set up and internal and external financial audits.

The program is seeking somebody who possesses technical knowledge of program controls, strong problem-solving skills, and is an effective communicator. This position requires the ability to work independently, work under deadlines and constraints across multiple time zones, multitask and work on several different program issues concurrently as part of a small core finance team. This position also requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.

This role is being offered in a remote capacity and is based on the needs of the business. This role will support a Poland-based business unit. Work schedule would be standard U.S. hours as it is a U.S. based position. Open to applicants in any U.S. time zone other than Pacific (PT), if possible.

What You Will Do

• Prepare files for Annual update of Polska rates through forward pricing rate proposals and incurred cost claims to DCMA
• Update/Review/Revise Rate projection tool and compare result to the over/under absorption, prepare forecast of all associated costs, prepare data to support rate updates as needed
• Review Polska bank accounts balances, collaborate with Corporate Treasury and ES to ensure sufficient cash balances to execute business while minimizing financial risk to Raytheon Technologies
• Project CIT for the year as well as update RTN Tax Forms
• Participate on meetings and review of a CAS compliant Disclosure Statement, help making updates for review by DCMA
• Frequent communication and reporting responsibilities to various levels of stakeholders across US and International teams

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & 8 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree with 5 years of related work experience
• Experience in Accounting
• Experience with updating, maintaining and/or tracking Indirect Rates
• Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD – 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
