Meet Signpost, the ICT partner for education.You will join Academic Software , the team that specializes in software for schools. You will join the Finance team where all accounting, financial monitoring and budgeting is done.Currently we are looking for a job student to support our growth and join our entrepreneurial, dynamic team.What does your day as a Finance student look like?As a job student in the finance department, you will provide support to our accountant, financial controller & CFO.Some of your daily activities include:Accounts receivable management and credit & collection open customersPrepare purchase invoicesPrepare financial operationsPrepare paymentsAll-round administration and mail follow-upWhat do we offer you?You will be joining an organization that is rapidly growing and where you will be given a range of challenges and opportunities to develop and grow.
In this role, you will join a small but enthusiastic team where hard work is key. This makes it important to be able to switch quickly between different questions, projects, deadlines, etc.
Is it your ambition to build up experience in an internal finance department? Then this could be your ideal start!As a Finance student, you have the following skills:You are fluent in Dutch and preferably have a good knowledge of English.You are a final-year student with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a financial field (economics, commercial sciences, accounting-tax, etc.)You are strong in administration and can work autonomouslyYou are versed in the use of Ms-Office: Outlook, Excel and WordYou are a true team player and function well during busy periodsYou have good communication skills both by phone and email
